Contact
Manager |
| |
| With
Sentosa Software's Contact Manager, you can manage all of your
company's contact details in one secure, centralised
system, built on Microsoft Outlook. Your contact database is
a valuable asset that is used on a daily basis to communicate with
clients, suppliers, staff etc. Too often, this information is held
in an assortment of locations: some customer details may be held in
Microsoft Outlook, others in databases, spreadsheets, or even in paper
address books. Using Contact Manager, you can maintain all
of your contact details in one repository. |
| |
 |
| Because
Contact Manager is an extension of Microsoft Outlook, it can
collaborate with other Office applications (Word,
Excel and Access),
making it possible to create letters, print address labels
and launch pre-filled document templates at the click of a
button. And because Contact Manager is based on Microsoft Outlook,
it has a user interface that is familiar and easy to use. |

|
Use
Contact Manager to manage your mailing lists, target your
marketing campaigns, batch print letters and address
labels. Contact Manager can be configured to suit your business
requirements. It is also fully customisable, so if there
is a specific feature you need that is not already available, we
can develop it for you.
The
following are some of the features of Contact Manager:
- Import
contact details from your existing contact databases.
- View,
add, delete and modify contact details using the Contact Manager
form in Microsoft Outlook.
- Categorise
contacts by Company Category (for example Financial, Government,
Education etc.), Interests (for example Golf, Theatre etc.),
Importance rating, or any other categorisation you wish.
- Add
contacts to mailing lists (for example Christmas Card,
Press Release and Golf invitation lists).
- Add
your own data fields to contacts, such as Position, Notes,
Internal Account Manager, etc.
- Make
certain contact data fields confidential, so that they
can be viewed by authorised users only (for example Home address
and phone number).
- Batch
print address labels and letters.
- Open
a Proposal, Invoice or other type of document, pre-populated with
the details of the chosen contact.
